The primary residence features four homey air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom of the house is located on the first floor of the house, it features a double bed, air conditioning, private bathroom, and spacious private terrace with daybed. You have a lovely view of the pool and the garden from this bedroom. A separate entry is also available for the master bedroom.

The other bedrooms are all located on the ground floor of the villa, two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom that may be combined to form a double bed, perfect for little children and young adults.

Six adults and two children can be accommodated for a total of eight people.

There are various relaxing spots along the saltwater pool with opulent loungers where you may bask in the sun or the shade all day long. Orange, lemon, and plum trees are among the many fruit trees in the exquisitely manicured garden. The property is in a gated community with plenty of seclusion. For outdoor dining, there is also a BBQ and a sizable dining table.

Villa del Romani is situated adjacent to a peaceful country road and the owner of the property diligently plants grapefruits, oranges, lemons, and other citrus fruits around the property.

A wooden coffee table, a fireplace, comfy sofas, a large TV, a stylish bookcase filled with books, and a sophisticated dining table that can seat up to 6 people are all present in the living area. We refer to the furnishings as being in classic Ibiza Finca style. The kitchen is outfitted with all required appliances you need to cook your family’s favorite meals and is similarly constructed in the Ibicenco style. The fully functional kitchen is equipped with a microwave, stove, oven, thermo freezer and dishwasher. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine located on the first floor.
