Villa Cassinet

The house has 4 bedrooms. Three of them have large double beds, while the fourth has a single. So, together, the villa can sleep up to 7 guests. You will find high-quality mattresses, soft linen, and extra pillows that will provide sleeping comfort. They have a simple homely décor and whitewashed walls, which adds a soothing touch. They also feature wardrobes, makeup mirrors, bedside tables, armchairs, and elegant rugs on the floor. Doors lead to the living/dining space or the garden, depending on which room you pick. Large windows provide nature views. There are a total of 4 bathrooms in the house. Two have walk-in showers and the others have tubs.

Villa Cassinet is spread over a 1,200 square meter plot where you will see many tall trees, which is such a pleasure to the eyes. The cool breeze coming in from the sea and the distant hills feel so relaxing. A large private swimming pool occupies the center stage of the villa’s outdoor space. It has a shallow end where young children can learn to swim or just splash around for a fun session on the water. Meanwhile, the adults can venture into the deeper section. You will see several loungers all around the pool and even a day bed where you can relax, have a drink, and read a book.

If you are not in the mood for swimming, you can enjoy a session in the hot tub. Its warm water jets will be so relaxing. The deck has an outdoor dining table for your alfresco meals. There is also a shaded verandah with chairs for lounging and a second dining area.

From the inside, the house is a traditional Ibizan finca. It has a thick wall and a tall wooded ceiling. Large doors and windows flood the rooms with natural light. The living room has an L-shaped sofa, a coffee table, a fireplace, and a massive library with possibly more than a hundred books. The reading corner is very cute. There is also a television and a DVD player. Several artifacts decorate the rooms.

The dining table is placed in a cozy corner of the house beside a wall with a stone façade. It seats 8 guests. The well-equipped kitchen has an oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, juicer, and coffee machine. Cups, plates, and glasses are provided.

The villa has central heating. All the rooms are also air-conditioned. You can use heating or cooling depending on the season. The pool is also heated during the winter. The cost is included. Young families with an infant can ask for a cot. For your convenience, there is a washing machine, an iron, and a strong internet connection. For a charge, you can ask for a chef, masseur, and airport transfer.
