Villa Cas Berris

The house has four spacious bedrooms for eight guests. They are all located on the first floor. They all have large double beds. The beds are all neatly fixed with white mosquito nets. Different color schemes make them all unique. All the bedrooms have private seating areas and a table, so you can read a book or work on your laptop if needed. Two bedrooms open to a balcony that offers fabulous views.

Three bedrooms in the house are ensuite. You will find another bathroom too on the ground floor that can be accessed from the living, dining areas, and the outdoors.

You are likely to spend long hours outdoor, whether on the large terrace or the lush garden. At the center is a big swimming pool with several loungers and daybeds beside it. This is the best place in the house to take in the panoramic views. You can see the entire coastline with the Mediterranean and many hills and villages. There is a shaded area too with a comfortable sofa and a swinging chair.

There is also a small lawn with a garden. Young children will love to spend time on the swing while you relax on the poolside. Or you can head to the covered terrace that has a second outdoor lounging space with sofas. Its elevated position offers an even better view. The terrace also has the villa’s alfresco dining area.

The interior is equally impressive. The ground floor living room provides a lot of seating areas for all the guests. It has a fireplace and large-screen television for your comfort and entertainment. Earthen pots, paintings, and artistic lamps decorate this room. Its décor is modern but traditional elements such as wooden beamed ceilings, arched doors, and windows provide a very nice balance.

The dining area is only a few steps above. It faces a large door that opens to the pool and terrace. All of you can have your meals together here. The kitchen has several appliances for your cooking needs. You will find a breakfast table at its center, so the guests can gather around and socialize while the food is cooking.

You will find everything in this luxury villa for an extremely comfortable holiday. There is BBQ equipment, hairdryers, iron, ironing board, a safety box, pool towels, satellite televisions, Wi-Fi internet, and a fire extinguisher. The bathrooms have toiletries.
