This gorgeous villa is brand new and was finished in 2016 with a prime location only 40 meters from the sea with direct beach access. There are 5 lovely bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on the property that can accommodate 10 people. There is a large private swimming pool to enjoy and you can also visit “Nikki Beach” which is close by.
There are 5 delightful, air-conditioned bedrooms on the property with heating and their own ensuite bathrooms. They are elegantly decorated with meticulously selected materials. The grand rooftop patio can be accessed from upstairs where you can enjoy magnificent sea views. Three of the bedrooms are fitted with king size beds and two of them have twin beds.
The gem of the property is the blue L-shaped pool surrounded by 10 sun loungers. You can rinse after swimming in the outdoor shower. Cook a delicious meal on the BBQ and savor the meals on the al fresco dining table. A small gate will take you directly out to the wonderful beach. There is a collection of small bays to swim. This villa has a twin villa called “Villa Algarroba” that was built at the same time and can be rented as a dual package to fit up to 18 guests. The parking is shared with this villa. There are other neighboring villas that you can see from the rooftop patio and you may hear some of the bustle from a nearby hotel. So you will not have total seclusion, but you will be close to many amenities.
Upon entering, you will find yourself in the lovely living room with a spacious open-plan kitchen that has a large double fridge/freezer and all the appliances you need to cook whatever your heart desires. Savor your homemade meals on the dining table for ten. Sink into the plush couch to watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors let in an abundance of light and offer a soothing pool view.
The villa is cleaned for four hours two days a week. Towels are changed every two days and linens every four days.
The house is ideally located in S’Argamassa which is on the east coast of Ibiza. You can find the famous “Nikki Beach Club” within walking distance. The dreamy beaches of Cala Martina and Es Niu Blau beach are also close by. The supermarkets of Santa Eularia can be reached in 5 minutes, Ibiza town in 25 minutes, and the airport in 30 minutes.
