This recently constructed waterfront villa is elegantly furnished with plush, contemporary pieces and neutral hues. There are four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on the property with many beaches and beach clubs within walking distance. Here you can admire stunning views across the sea and you have direct access to the shore through a gate.
There are 4 air-conditioned and heated bedrooms on the property with WIFI and elegant furnishings. The master bedroom is located on the second floor. Here you can enjoy a large roof terrace with bean bags, lounge chairs, and unbeatable sea views. It also has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom.
The three remaining bedrooms are situated on the ground floor with king size beds, and one with a single bed. They all have ensuite bathrooms.
The gem of the property is a turquoise swimming pool which is surrounded by eight sun loungers. You can enjoy a BBQ, a relaxation area, and you can access the beach directly through a small gate. From the rooftop patio, you can see the neighboring homes and people strolling up and down the coast. The bustle from a hotel nearby can be audible sometimes so you won’t have complete seclusion, but you will be close to many amenities.
The open-plan living room is tastefully furnished with plush sofas and natural tones. Large windows let in an abundance of natural light and offer extraordinary views of the Mediterranean Sea. Head to the kitchen to cook up a storm with all the amenities you need including a stainless steel double fridge. You can also find a breakfast bar for lighter meals. A coffee table and couch is found opposite the living room where you can snuggle up with a cup of tea and admire the pool and sea views.
The villa is cleaned three times a week for four hours. A change of towels and bed linens is performed once a week and a final cleaning is included.
You’ll be within walking distance of dreamy beaches like S’argamassa and Cala Pada that are only 350 meters away. Head to renowned beach clubs like Nikki Beach, Bra Vida and Sea Soul. You can stock up on fresh produce at the supermarkets in Santa Eularia or drive to Ibiza town in 25 minute. The airport is 30 minutes away.
The adjacent house is Higueras which was built at the same time so groups could dual rent the houses to be able to accommodate up to 18 guests. The two villas have a shared parking area that leads to the courtyard.

10/10Absolutely fantastic location right on the sea as well as great villa. Very well designed and thought out. The view from the ground floor and the upper floor with the additional terrace on the water is simply fantastic. We always like to come back there.
