Three tastefully decorated bedrooms are waiting to greet you. The three bedrooms are all roomy and have built-in wardrobes. A restful night's sleep is guaranteed in the double room thanks to its simple decor and plush double bed. Additionally, it includes a luxuriously constructed, roomy en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and top-of-the-line vanities.
The layout of bedrooms are all the same. They are equipped with double beds and they are both equally tastefully decorated. The three bedrooms of the property, which is all on one level, each feature air conditioning.

The villa's one-floor layout makes it easy to take use of the outdoors. The spacious private pool in the center is inviting, and the grassy lawn adjacent to it is a fantastic spot for a picnic at any time of the day. On the cozy sunbed, take in the beautiful scenery while enjoying a little sunshine. A semi-open terrace outfitted with a table, chairs, and BBQ stove is perfect for al fresco eating.
There are two shaded dining places outside. One with a six-person dining table and a charcoal or wood BBQ constructed out of bricks. The well-kept gardens have a fish pond and large palm trees.
A comfortable stay is guaranteed by the entrance, which leads into spacious open areas with a modern minimalist style and top-of-the-line services. The entire house has air conditioning for your comfort. On the incredibly soft and comfortable sofa, watch some movies, and get warmed up by the fireplace when it’s cold out there. Dinners are much more enjoyable at a six-person dining table with a view. The wide terrace area is accessible through the sliding door. Its large, open kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare even the most basic dishes.
The welcoming staff at the villa is always available to make your stay comfortable. A number of free amenities, such as cleaning, a once-weekly change of linens, internet access, satellite TV, a baby high chair, and a baby cot/crib. Depending on the season, additional optional services like laundry and ironing can be arranged and are charged separately.
Between San Rafael and Santa Gertrudis, Villa San Rafael is located in a tiny, peaceful private neighborhood. If you ae familiar with Ibiza, you will know that the villa is approximately 500 meters from Raco Ibiza, a small hotel that serves breakfast, lunch, and supper to non-hotel guests starting at 11 a.m. This is really convenient for days when you don't want to travel too far for food.
Eight kilometers distant is the traditional village of Santa Gertrudis, which has a church and a church square with a mix of traditional and modern restaurants.
Five kilometers away from the house is San Rafael, where you can find a variety of fantastic eateries, including more modern (El Clodenis) and more traditional (Can Pilot) eateries as well as straightforward pizzerias (Es Tanco).
Ibiza Town can be reached from San Rafael in just ten minutes by car.

10/10The large, mature garden was lovely, as were the two covered eating areas and the pool. The villa was spacious and the bathrooms were excellent. There was ample wardrobe space in the bedrooms and nice covered area outside the kitchen. The south facing orientation was good and you were not aware of the proximity of neighbours. The pool was in shadow only very late in the day. The lovely garden and pool sell this villa.
10/10Located in the center of the island with easy access to everything you need: disco, sea, Supermarket. The villa is very quiet, has a very nice garden and swimming pool. I would happily come back tomorrow.
10/10It was the perfect place for me and my family! Interesting the architecture of the villa and the garden, the grass was perfectly taken care of and the one floor distribution is very comfortable.
