The lovely villa is spread over three floors. The pool level has two bedrooms, a laundry room and bathrooms. On the ground floor, you can find a large living room that leads into a dining room with a table that can seat ten guests. In the living room, you can enjoy a fireplace and TV. You can also find a kitchen on this floor. A Sonos music system is installed in the villa.
Cleaning is performed once a week for three hours and a final cleaning is included.
The wonderful villa is situated only 20 minutes by car from Ibiza town, and the nearest beach is only 5 minutes away in a charming upmarket area called Santa Eulalia. Here you can find boutiques, bars, and renowned restaurants like Etxeko with delicious Spanish cuisine and Nikki Beach which is a famous beach bar. Stock up on local produce in the supermarket only 5 minutes away. The airport is located 20 km away.
