The house offers five double bedrooms and one single bedroom, accommodating 11 guests comfortably. The master bedroom on the first floor boasts beautiful views and shares a spacious bathroom with another double bedroom on the same level. A third bedroom on this floor features its own en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor, two double bedrooms share a bathroom, while a single bedroom with an en-suite is located on the opposite side of the house. Each bedroom includes private sitting areas, with chairs or plush sofas. The décor blends contemporary style with ethnic charm, featuring rustic tables, wardrobes, and side tables.

On reaching this villa, you may want to spend a moment in the outdoor area appreciating its beauty before entering the house. It is a large estate spread over 20,000 square meters where you will find many tall trees and flowering plants. You can see hills at a distance. Just outside the house, you will find a large private swimming pool, which is surrounded by loungers where you can relax or get a tan when you are not swimming.
There is also a poolside pergola with cushions for your comfort. At the other end of the pool, there is a shaded area where you can enjoy an alfresco meal at midday or under the stars, whatever you like.
The layout is on one level, which is great if you are traveling with people having mobility issues and cannot climb stairs. The living space has a ceiling-to-floor glass door that opens to a terrace, which leads to the garden. Once you open this door, your living area becomes one with nature, virtually, making the entire garden a part of the space. There is also a cozy corner with a fireplace and large-screen television. It is the perfect place to watch a movie.
Villa Lorenzo’s living room leads to the dining area that can seat all the guests. The colorful chairs complement the wall painting. The kitchen is stocked with all new appliances.
When you stay in this rental property, you will have pool towels, pool umbrellas, internet, and access to all utilities. You can use all the kitchen appliances as well. Complimentary housekeeping is once every two days.
Villa Lorenzo is located in the northwestern corner of Ibiza, close to the small village of San Lorenzo, which gives it the name. The surrounding areas of the village are unspoiled and full of nature. The road that leads from San Lorenzo to Santa Gertrudis is one of the most scenic drives in Ibiza. The small and beautiful Benirras beach is only 10 kilometers away. You will find many nice restaurants here and even a beach club. The slightly larger Platja des Port de Sant Miquel beach is also close. You can reach Ibiza Town in less than 30 minutes.
