Located near Santa Gertrudis's traditional village, Villa Can Blaia is a 300-year-old farmhouse that was renovated to include modern facilities such as air-conditioning and alarm systems without completely abolishing its traditional magic. The six-suite villa sits on three hectares of land with plenty of fruit trees all around it. The villa can comfortably host 12 guests and offer them maximum comfort and relaxation.
Sleep soundly in one of the six spacious bedrooms that Villa Can Blaia offers. Four of the bedrooms are in the main villa, while two bedrooms(one with twin beds and one with a double bed) are in the annex. The master bedroom in the main house is on the first level with a small terrace overlooking the rural surroundings. All the bedrooms have in-build wardrobes, air conditioning, and ensuite bathrooms. The bathrooms have towels, toiletries, and a bathtub if not a shower.
Villa Can Blaia's outdoor space is a serene haven set against a stunning rural backdrop. The 12m x 5m swimming pool, surrounded by inviting loungers and parasols, is the perfect spot for soaking up the sun. A cozy day bed beckons you to unwind in the shade. An expansive outside dining area, complete with a brick-built charcoal/wood BBQ, is ideal for al fresco meals. For those who prefer a shaded retreat, an additional dining area under the porch overhang of the Finca offers a picturesque setting with sweeping rural views.
The open-plan living and dining areas in the main house are spacious, providing an excellent setting for relaxation and entertainment. The villa boasts a fully-equipped, modern kitchen, ensuring you can either prepare your gourmet meals or arrange for a private chef to cater to your culinary desires. The casita also comes with a lounge, a small dining space, and a kitchen.
Villa Can Blaia comes with an independent two-bedroom guest house ideal for anyone who would like to have privacy. The bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning while bathrooms come with towels. Pool towels are also provided. The rental fully equipped kitchen enables guests to enjoy homemade meals, while grocery delivery services can be organized at a cost.
