The villa was formerly a Feng Shui yoga center, but has been lovingly remodelled to become a wonderful holiday haven for families and friends. The villa was artfully designed by the famous Blackstad and offers breathtaking 180-degree panoramic views. Nestled between the hills of Santa Eularia and Santa Gertrudis, you’ll be in the center of an upmarket, bohemian, and charming area. You can enjoy complete privacy and a gorgeous garden to relax in.
There are 6 air-conditioned and heated bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and WIFI on the property. All of the bedrooms except for one can be accessed by a hallway wrapping around the villa.
Three of the rooms have an outdoor shower and outdoor pool. One of the bedrooms can be accessed from the outside and is the largest room.

The exteriors of the villa are pure paradise with perfectly pruned gardens lined with swaying palm trees, mimosa plants, and pine trees. You can pick ripe lemons from the lemon trees on the patio and choose between multiple terraces to lounge on. Cook decadent meals in the BBQ area with a cold water rinse kitchen and serve meals underneath the stars in one of the al fresco dining spaces.
The impressive villa was designed by the renowned architect Rolf Blakstad who has designed several distinguished properties in Ibiza. The house has Moorish influences blended with a traditional Ibizan style. It has been refurbished so that you can enjoy all modern conveniences. In the bright living space, the natural light floods through the glass panes and high ceilings create peaceful volumes. In the renovated open kitchen you can cook with a 6-burner Smeg stove, 2 Smeg ovens, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer.
Cleaning is performed twice a week for four hours with a towel change, and a final cleaning is included.
The lovely villa is located in the hills between Santa Gertrudis and Santa Eulalia. With its prime position on a mountain, you can enjoy 180-degree panoramic views over the breathtaking countryside. In the east you can see Santa Eulalia and the sea. In the west, you can admire pine-clad hills. The surrounding areas has hippie markers, boutiques, bars and exceptional restaurants like Nikki Beach Ibiza in Santa Eulalia, and Gitano in Santa Gertrudis. You can reach Ibiza town quickly as it’s only 11 km away, and the airport is 18 km away.

9.8/10It is a beautiful house in typical Ibiza style. The pool is heated by solar collectors, because we had bad weather, we could not use this. Each room has a bathroom, which is very pleasant. In terms of inventory the most complete house I have ever been to, everything is present and in abundance.
