Villa Tunico

The house has 4 bedrooms for 8 guests – a group of friends or an extended family that want to stay together in privacy away from the crowds. Three of them have large king beds, while the other has two singles that can be joined to increase the size. Warm wood tones, terracotta flooring, and beamed ceiling add the local touch. You will find this vintage Finca style throughout the house. Two rooms have ensuite bathrooms.

They are all warm and spacious, much bigger than your average hotel room, so you can easily spread out and relax. Air-conditioning provides comfort on a hot day. Of course, you can also keep the windows open to welcome the cool mountain breeze.

You will immediately fall in love with the outdoor area of this property, especially the gorgeous terrace. It offers a panoramic view of the surrounding hills and the wooded valleys. You can easily spend many hours here either under the shaded or the sunny area appreciating the natural vistas. You can see the town of San Antonio and the sea from the other side of the terrace. The Mediterranean garden with many tropical plants is a corner of paradise. You can read a book sitting under the shade of a tree.

At the center of the terrace, you will find the villa’s private pool, which is surrounded by many loungers. The shaded terrace also has an alfresco dining area for your outdoor meals.

The interior is designed like a traditional Ibizan Finca. Decorative pieces, paintings, rustic chandeliers, and earthen pots decorate the spaces. The living area is simple but cozy. It has comfortable sofas and satellite television for your entertainment.

The formal dining area is under the shaded terrace. However, there is a table in the kitchen too where you can simply sit and socialize while the food is being cooked or have your meals. The kitchen has an oven, refrigerator, and other appliances. Pots and pans are provided.
