This blissful 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom holiday paradise is located in the quaint village of Santa Gertrudis with striking views of Ibiza town along with the sea and Formentera in the distance. There are 5 lovely bedrooms on the property for a restful night’s sleep. The first two bedrooms are located on the ground floor with two double beds and a shared bathroom with a shower.
The third bedroom is fitted with a double bed and has its own ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower. The fourth bedroom is situated on the other side of the house and is fitted with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. On the second floor, you can find a spacious studio of 85 m2 with a double bed, a kitchenette, fridge, sitting area, roof terrace, and bathroom with sower. Four of the double beds can be separated to twin beds so that you can define different sleeping arrangements.

The peaceful exteriors have a parking area for three vehicles for those arriving by car. Dip into the turquoise swimming pool measuring 7 m x 5 m or pick oranges, lemons, and avocados if they are ripe. Prepare lovely meals in the outdoor kitchen that’s fitted with a stove, grill, fridge, and an open fireplace. The space is perfect for al fresco dining around a dining table for eight. Here you can share sumptuous meals while enjoying magnificent views across the countryside. Have fun with a game of ping-pong after dinner.
As you enter, you will find yourself in the modern kitchen which is equipped with everything you need to cook homemade meals. Serve them in the garden-facing dining room that can seat ten people. The adjoining living room features a fireplace and plush sofas. This is an excellent winter home as it has central heating, partial underfloor heating in the kitchen and living room, and a sauna.
There are bed linens, bath towels, and a final cleaning included in the rate.
This lovely house is situated in the middle of the island with gorgeous views over Ibiza town, the sea and Formentera. Head to Santa Gertrudis which has a children’s playground for the little ones to enjoy themselves. There are restaurants, shops, villages, and beaches easily reached by car.
10/10Wonderful villa with perfect equipment from pool to sauna to outdoor kitchen and chimneys. Very nice decor and a great view. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back.
