Villa Can Royale

This luxury property only accepts families. It has 5 bedrooms for 10 guests. Two bedrooms have huge king beds and one has a queen. The fourth bedroom has two singles. The fifth bedroom is in a separate apartment that has its own private terrace. With so many different types of configurations, each guest is sure to find a bed to his or her liking. Young children might like to stay in the twin bedroom, while the adults can take the doubles. Those in need of more privacy can stay in the apartment.

There are unique touches in each bedroom. Ceiling-to-floor glass doors and wide windows flood them with natural light and air. For cool comfort, switch on the air-conditioner. Two bedrooms are ensuite, including the one with the apartment. There are two other bathrooms in the house that can be accessed by the other guests.

It’s a fantastic rental home for families that enjoy tranquility in a serene and quiet neighborhood. Immediately outside the house, you will find a huge grassy lawn that faces the bay, offering you almost a 180-degree view. On a clear day, you will be able to see Ibiza Town and further into the sea clearly. The lawn gently slopes down into the valley with tall hills beyond it and also on the backside of the house.

There is a private swimming pool just for you and your family. In excellent condition, it is ready for a swim. There is even a fountain in the pool that will please young children. Several loungers are placed on the pool terrace and the lawn. One side of the terrace has an outdoor dining table. A wraparound balcony will take you to the other side of the house. From here, you will get different views, which are equally impressive.

Villa Can Royale is a 2-storied house with the common areas on the ground floor. Here, you will find the living room with a comfortable sofa and a small dining area. The room faces the Mediterranean and offers gorgeous views. A spiral staircase will take you to the second level. There is a second staircase from the backside of the house.

A covered balcony has a second dining table and a barbecue. This same balcony also has a daybed for you to relax and enjoy the views after a meal, perhaps. Villa Can Royale also has a kitchen where you will find many modern appliances, utensils, and a breakfast bar with high chairs.

From the swimming pool to the lawn, interiors, BBQ, and everything else, you will find everything in this luxury home in top condition. The villa is properly maintained. Dine indoors or outdoors. The villa manager is keen to be of assistance 24/7. All the rooms are air-conditioned. Eco-friendly energy powers the rooms and the villa’s exterior. There is also an alarm system. The smart television has Spanish and UK channels, and Moviestar TV.
