Villa Catalina

The villa is spread over two floors. The ground floor has the master suite, which is larger. The three others are all upstairs. Two of them have single beds, while the third has a king bed. The double beds can also be combined for your convenience by request. All the bedrooms have huge wardrobes where you will find plenty of hanging and storage space. There are private seating areas as well. Bedside tables have reading lights, so you can read a book and doze off to sleep.

All the bedrooms also have air-conditioning. The bathrooms have beautiful tiled walls. There are showers or bathtubs. Towels and toiletries are provided.

Villa Catalina’s outdoors includes an impressive private swimming pool and a spacious terrace where you lay back and relax while the kids have fun playing games. The pool will be exclusively for your group, unlike hotels and resorts, where you must share it with people you don’t know. You will find several loungers around the pool. There is always one for everyone. It’s a wide terrace with a lot of space for sunbathing. If you prefer the shade, then there are covered balconies with seating areas. There is an outdoor dining area too with a summer kitchen at one end.

The living room is very spacious and bright and has beautiful views of the garden and the pool. It is an open-concept room with a living room sofa at one end and a six-sitter dining table at the other. A crystal chandelier hangs from the ceiling. The sofa area is comfortable. You can watch sports or a movie on the television if you like to make the most of your indoor time. There are a few books as well for the avid reader.

In the kitchen, you will find many modern appliances, pots, and pans. The living-dining area is not luxurious. It provides homely comfort and has everything most guests need during their stay.

Villa Catalina is perfect for everyone. Everything is spread out over a large estate, so there is no space. The bedrooms have large storage space and hangers. The bathrooms have towels and hair dryers. There is also a garden and a parking area. The maintenance team and housekeepers will keep the property clean and in perfect condition. All the rooms are air-conditioned. The kitchen has everything you need.
