This elegantly decorated 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom holiday haven offers awe-inspiring sea views from its wonderful rooftop terrace, a shimmering swimming pool, and an al fresco dining area. The property is located on the West coast of Ibiza close to the beach of Cala Moli and ten minutes from the quaint fishing village of San Jose.

There are 5 luxurious, air-conditioned bedrooms on the property with WIFI, king sized beds, wardrobes, and an iPod docking system. The master bedroom is located on the second floor and features a shower, double vanities, and offers a sea view. The second bedroom can be found on the same floor with a sea view and shares a toilet with the master bedroom. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with garden views. Both have their own ensuite bathroom. The fifth bedroom below is close to the pool and can be accessed from the terrace. This room is spacious, private, and has its own ensuite bathroom and terrace. The sixth bathroom is located outside with a shower and a toilet.

The beautiful exteriors offer striking sea views and multiple terraces and seating areas where you can relax with a good book or drink. The inset pool provides a wonderful place to cool down and there are plush sun loungers surrounding it. Prepare grilled meals on the BBQ and your loved ones can help out in the outdoor kitchen. Serve al fresco dinners on the dining table that can seat ten guests with stunning ocean views. Relax afterwards with a drink in the spacious chill-out corner with a large couch.
The recently renovated kitchen is fully equipped with modern luxuries and a water system for potable water. Here you can cook sumptuous meals to serve on the dining table for ten. The living room is bright and lovely with doors leading out to the terrace and pool (has an alarm for small children).
The property is cleaned four times a week for four hours with a change of towels and lines if you desire.
The wonderful villa is located close to the bay of Cala Moli with extraordinary sea views. You can reach the beach in only 10 minutes by foot, however the hill is steep. So is the road to the villa. The closest supermarket is located in Cala Vadella which is a 5 minute drive. Nightlife is 10 minutes by car in the town of San Jose and the party resort Platja d’en Bossa. In San Jose, you can find restaurants and shops. The airport is only 20 km away.

10/10What a fantastic villa!! The house fully met our needs. 5 nice clean rooms with bathrooms, plenty of places to chill and you can listen to music anywhere through Sonos. The view from the villa was beautiful. It exceeded our expectations. We are very happy to come back here!!!
