Ibiza Beach Guide

Ibiza has over 80 beaches and all of them are beautiful. Go find out what is your favourite beach and do let us know. We love to hear all about it! Out of 80 beaches, we can only highlight a few of them. Here’s what we think are some of the best beaches in Ibiza:

Talamanca Beach

Talamanca Beach is the closest beach to Ibiza Town. This long curvy beach is not bad at all for a city beach. Wooden boardwalks are placed on the sand, making it easy to stroll around and you won’t easily burn your toes. Talamanca has lots of cafes and restaurants and there are watersport activities, too. The beach also has volleyball courts for endless hours of fun and you can rent sun loungers and an umbrella if you like. Get ready to chill!

Playa d’en Bossa

The longest beach on the island is Playa d’en Bossa with its 3 km shoreline. There are many beachfront clubs, shops and restaurants. If you’re looking for a quiet beach this is not your place to be but if you want to party and go beach clubbing, this is it! Famous clubs at Playa d’en Bossa are Ushuaïa en Nassau Beach Club

Ses Salines Beach

Ses Salines Beach is the original beach party destination in Ibiza. It’s where it all began. If you are looking for a beautiful beach that is secluded and yet lively with cafes, bars and shops, you will love Ses Salines! This beach features a wide shore with fine soft sand and a clear blue ocean. It’s popular and it can get very busy in the high season. A great beach to go party at trendy clubs with awesome DJs and electronic dance music. If you want a quieter place to sunbathe and swim, stroll down to the southern tip where you’ll stumble upon little coves. Paradise is here!

Cala d’Hort

Cala d’Hort is a beautiful crescent bay in the southwest of the island, boasting stunning views of the small limestone island Es Vedra. There are a lot of myths around this 400m tall rock island rock going back to Greek mythology. It’s said to be the third most magnetic place in the world. Cala d’Hort is also famous for its mesmerizing sunset views. Families love this beach with calm waters and a secluded feel. There are charming beach bars to get drinks and on top of all that, this cove is also one of the best places for snorkelling.

Cala Benirras

Cala Benirras is a small but beautiful cove with crystal clear waters surrounded by high limestone cliffs with pine forests. The vibe is bohemian and chill-out. On Sundays, it gets even better when the drumming band starts to play. This special event happens every Sunday at Benirras Beach and Everyone can join in.

Figueretas Beach
