Las Dalias in San Carlos is one of the best-known hippy markets in Ibiza, owing to its very vibrant and welcoming vibe. As soon as you enter the market, you’re greeted with exotic colours and patterns. You can find all sorts of crafts from around the globe, clothing, unusual musical instruments, hammocks and antiques in this 200-stall open market.
When you get tired from all the shopping, you can stop for a quick body massage in one of the stalls or sit down to have a tarot reading while enjoying some snacks from the food stands. During the mid-afternoon, DJs start to play their tunes until closing time.
Opening Times: Saturdays – year-round – 10 AM to 8 PM (7 PM during the winter season) and June – September: Mondays, Tuesdays and Sundays from 7 PM
The flea market in San Jordi remains one of the most authentic experiences on the island and a firm favourite amongst the locals. It tends to be at its busiest during the winter months. Held at the hipodromo in San Jordi, the market allows anyone to sell goods without needing a permit. As a result, you can find almost anything you might need at very affordable prices. Browse for long enough and you’re sure to go home with some hidden gems.
It’s quite a big market, so make sure to schedule enough time in your day to explore all the stalls – you’ll be tempted to look at everything, trust us. If you start to feel peckish, there’s a bar open from midday, and live music starts playing around midday to keep the atmosphere lively.

Held in the central square and close to the charming village church of San Juan, the lovely San Juan artisan market offers heaps of delicious food, handmade crafts, beautiful clothes, and locally grown organic fruits and vegetables. Enjoy browsing through the different booths and sampling the free tastes while live music plays in the background.
There is also an open art gallery on site and several local bars and restaurants where you can dine and try Ibizan cuisine. With its colourful, friendly and lively atmosphere, the San Juan market is definitely a must-visit for those wanting to immerse themselves in the rich local culture.
Opening Times: Sundays – Year-round – 9 AM to 4 PM
Along the pedestrian sidewalks of Playa d’en Bossa, you’ll find the 64-stall hippy market—a perfect pitstop to do a little bit of shopping before hitting the nearby beach. Open every day from May through October between 6 pm and midnight, it offers a great opportunity to grab some bits and bobs.
You’ll discover some exceptional handicrafts, clothing and accessories to take home as souvenirs. Jewellery fans are in for a real treat, with many stalls selling lovely anklets, bracelets, necklaces, and earrings. And, of course, to keep the fun going, this hippie market often hosts street performances and live gigs.

Punta Arabí in Es Canar has been selling handicrafts since 1973, making it the biggest and oldest hippy market in Ibiza. It is held every Wednesday from April through October, from 10 a.m. until early evening.
Over 500 artisans gather to offer visitors unforgettable memories of the white island. Make sure to bring the kiddos, as there are lots of toys and games for them to enjoy too! Live music wafts through the air as you go about your shopping. And when you’re done picking out the best knick-knacks, make sure to treat yourself to some tasty Ibizan cuisine.
