This is a 4-bedroom country home. The main house has three well-appointed bedrooms, while the self-contained annex has one. You will find all the essentials you want like large double beds with high-quality mattresses, wardrobes, seating areas, makeup mirrors, and bedside lamps. The interiors are curated with individuality, making each bedroom special. The bedroom in the annex comes with an extra-large sitting area and opens directly to the swimming pool.

All four bedrooms in this rental home are air-conditioned for your comfort. There are three bathrooms – one ensuite with a main house bedroom and one ensuite with the annex.

Villa Raco de Baix is a huge private estate nestled between the hills, forest, and groves. You can see the traditional village homes on the side of the hill. A rustic wooden door will take you into the compound. From there, a stone -framed cobblestoned pathway will take you to the main house. There are several chill-out areas, including a private swimming pool. The poolside has many loungers with pergolas. There is also a gazebo with a sofa overlooking the pool and tall trees.

There is a second sun terrace with a rustic dining table, sofa, and a barbecue. Steps away, you will find a shaded verandah with a second outdoor dining table and a sofa. And on the terraced grounds, you will find a vegetable garden, many fruit trees, and an olive grove.

You can indulge in pure relaxation and socialize with your family inside. The exposed Sabina timber beams and whitewashed walls complement the excellent taste of the owners. The rooms are comfortable with air conditioning and country views. The living room has luxurious leather sofas and armchairs around a fireplace and satellite television. Several artworks and photos decorate this beautiful room.

The dining room has an elegant table and a second fireplace. The kitchen is also in this same room. There is a breakfast bar with high chairs. The annex is self-contained with an ensuite bathroom and kitchenette. A skylight allows natural light to flood the area.
